1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the ca999 platform (accessible at ca999.bet and any associated mobile-optimised URLs), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the ca999 website from time to time.

ca999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ca999 support will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on ca999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ca999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ca999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate account.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your ca999 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any payment details used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ca999 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before the first withdrawal is processed, or at any other point at ca999's discretion. KYC documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).

3.4 Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ca999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency options including USDT. All BDT transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied. The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ca999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 10–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 hours. ca999 does not charge a fee on standard BDT withdrawals via bKash and Nagad.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

ca999 accounts must not be used as a mechanism for transferring funds between individuals. Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gaming activity may be flagged as a suspicious transaction and investigated under ca999's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. ca999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and report activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of financial crime or misuse of the platform.

4.4 Currency

The default currency of ca999 is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. All account balances, bonuses, wager requirements, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions. ca999 is not responsible for currency conversion costs applied by a player's bank or mobile financial service provider on their end.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ca999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses awarded by ca999 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and, in some cases, any winnings derived from the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. The following conditions apply to all ca999 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active on a ca999 account at any given time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• ca999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its discretion, with or without reason.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New ca999 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. 6 Gameplay & Fair Use Policy

6.1 Fair Play

All games available on ca999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. ca999 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over the results of RNG-certified games once a round has commenced. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ca999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to guarantee a profit through exploitation of pricing errors in the sportsbook.
• Sharing account credentials with other individuals or allowing third parties to place bets on your behalf.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or platform security measures.

6.3 Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

ca999 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet or wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, that the odds were incorrectly published, or that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's ca999 account balance. No further compensation will be payable.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ca999 account at any time by contacting the ca999 support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure and final balance settlement to be processed.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by ca999

ca999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotional system.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.2.
• A player request for self-exclusion under the ca999 Responsible Gaming Policy.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ca999 will notify the account holder at the registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, if applicable, will be deducted monthly from the remaining account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ca999 platform — including but not limited to the ca999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and compilation of content — is the intellectual property of ca999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ca999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any ca999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on ca999 software or platform code.
• Use ca999 branding or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent from ca999.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ca999 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of ca999 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal legal action where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ca999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ca999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues.
• Loss of data, account information, or gaming history.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the ca999 website, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Any interruption or cessation of ca999 services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

ca999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to ca999 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Changes to These Terms

ca999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ca999 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered contact details or through an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility as a ca999 player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of ca999 following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using ca999 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.1.
